My boy will be 3 years old in August and I will be forever grateful. From the very beginning, my husband were met with warmth, empathy, and true professionalism at Repromed. Even during the most challenging moments, we always felt genuinely seen, heard, and supported. The connection I’ve built with Dr. Gupta and the incredible team at Repromed is something I will cherish forever. Thank you for treating us not just as patients, but as individuals — with kindness, care, and humanity. We are endlessly thankful for everything you’ve done for us. I just wanted to come on here to highly recommend Repromed especially Dr Karen Buckingham and all the nurses. We have been involved with Repromed over a year now and the care and service is absolutely exceptional. I just underwent an egg retrieval and I felt like the entire process was wonderful. All the nurses especially Bernadette and the surgical staff I worked with were without a doubt the most kind and caring people I have ever meet. They always had time for my hundreds of questions. They were flexible and accommodating and I always felt so cared for. Dr Karen Buckingham was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her for anyone going through IVF or egg retrieval. She was so lovely and intelligent and really wonderful at her job. She even came to work on her day off to make sure I got a scan when I needed one. The egg retrieval was success and I put this down to the clinic, the exceptional communication from staff and great support. Thank you Repromed.

From the start of my journey with IVF I was well looked after from the team at Repromed. I couldn’t recommend them enough. My experience with fertility has been hard and exhausting but since being a part of Repromed we have been given hope for our little rainbow babies will always be extremely grateful for Repromed Stacey

Ivf is not an easy path to go down for anyone but if we have the option, it’s also such a privilege and a grateful opportunity. Me and my partner were lucky enough to have this as an option for us and I cannot express how lovely the staff are here. Every encounter was a kind one, from the reception, phone calls, emails, follow ups, embryologist, doctors, you name it! And with a successful birth story for us, they checked in on us afterwards to congratulate our pēpi which I found the most comforting. Handled with so much care, we were really grateful for Repromed and their staff and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with their service. It feels like you’re nothing but a number. They just whisk you in and out. No extra care, no advice, nothing. I’d been going to them for Ovulation Induction for 5 months and finally an IUI on the 6th month. Each month you only get to see the doctor once, when they do the ultrasound. Meeting the doctor Discussing and your options would cost extra. You can’t even get to have a conversation without putting a bill on it I had the same treatment done overseas and they would schedule multiple scans instead of blood tests- it made it easier to accurately predict the day of ovulation on the dot and made it easier on the body. Wish they made that common here. The back to back blood tests made my iron levels drop by multiple digits which really didn’t help my overall condition. We finally decided we would go for an IUI and they butchered the timing. Considering I’ve been going for 5 months prior they should’ve been aware of my ovulation timing. To make it worse I took the initiative and REMINDED the nurses and the doctor that I ovulate earlier than the scheduled injection day- to which they assured that once they give me the HCG injection the whole process would just stop and wouldn’t resume until 36 hours later. Lo and behold when the day arrived, I ended up ovulating HOURS prior to the scheduled injection time. I felt the ovulation pain and knew the whole process was ruined. And when I brought this up later with the nurses all I got was a sympathetic nod and "we’ll note that down next time". We don’t have 2000$ lying around for a next time. I never went back. Utterly disappointed. Please consult elsewhere.

Had a great experience with egg freezing with Repromed. Everyone is super friendly, informative, and encouraging. I found the nursing team especially caring and thorough. I'm really happy with the results I got and the care I received from consultation through recovery. It's not cheap, but reasonable considering what it is, and costs were about what I expected and what I was quoted at the start. Would recommend to anyone seeking similar fertility treatment in Auckland.
