I had a very positive experience with One Six One Clinic from start to finish. From the initial consultation through to the surgery and post-surgery follow-up, the care was professional, thorough, and reassuring. Andrew Lienert was excellent – approachable, clear in his explanations, and made me feel confident throughout the process. Everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend the team at One Six One.

Listened. Was helpful. Difficult time with lockdowns. Took to long to do anything. After I've been ill with 1 diseased kidney for 30yrs. And its failed .The whole things draggs on and now I'm elderly. Unmobile. Yes I would recommend them.

Saw two different Urologists and a pelvic specialist here over the course of several months. No one here was able to diagnose me or be of any help in any way whatsoever. They then wanted to do a surgery on me which other urologists and specailists I have seen since have said was a ridiculous option considering they did not know my prognosis. 2 stars are only because most staff seemed nice enough.

I had a procedue undertaken yesterday under general anaesthetic which I had been very anxious about in the lead up to it. All of the staff I interacted with were caring and patient with me, and they did their utmost to make me feel at ease. Doctor Koya was great, the anaesthist was great, the nurses were very kind to me and attentive, they all made a very difficult procedure for me as comfortable as they possibly could. Choosing a urology team is an important decision and I can honestly recommend One Six One whole heartedly and honestly

Simon van Rij has been my urologist performing kidny stone removal last December. The worst decision I have ever made. He just care less for his patients. Right after the surgery he was nowhere to be found, had tons of questions, but no "the specialist" was busy and the nurse had no clue for the questions I've asked. Couple weeks ago he requested CT scan follow up. They book me for a phone consultation yesterday at 5:15pm, at 4:48pm they send me a message that he runs behind his schedule and he will call me around 5:30pm. Guess what!!! he never called, giving the excuse that my phone was diconnected. I think the kids in kindergarden have better excuses. Please avoid this "specialist" if you need urologist, unless you want to be treated worthless and have him dressed in his gym wear right before the surgery when when an overview is given of the procedure. I am in a process to place a formal complaint to the Health and Disability Commissioner for the careless treatment from Simon and his team. The details will be disclosed with them. Just for the record after 7 months of the surgery there are still nonobsctructing stones left behind, now I need to go for a second opinion to find out whether these stones were still there back than or in a short period of time they have formed. This "specialist" can't be trusted and his expertise must be questioned!!!

I do not recommend Padmaja Koya. As an endoemtiroisis expert, she told me after an examination there is no way I have the condition. After referring me elsewhere, I end up back at another gynae where I had a surgery which confirmed endometriosis.

I'm a G.P. I recently underwent complex urological and bowel surgery. My surgical colleagues recommended Mr Andrew Williams. They were right. My surgery was problem free, and I recovered quickly. Mr Williams is a very caring, and very competent surgeon. I recommend him without reservation.
