I took my two children to see Dr Heidi yesterday. She was both professional and friendly. As a family who has just moved to New Zealand a year ago, we are still adapting to a new environment and culture. Dr Heidi’s warm smile made us feel very welcomed. She took the time to thoroughly discuss our children’s situation and offered helpful advice. We are truly grateful — as a parent, I felt greatly encouraged and supported.
