Booked me for an intake online video call and the DR never showed up, was not at any point online. Tried calling the number but no one answers and the email is operated by someone overseas so I never got any answer why I was left in the digital waiting room for an hour. Very disheartening as it is already difficult enough to get an assessment

Behavioural Health Parnell is a pleasant and discreet clinic for neurodivergence assessment. The staff work incredibly hard to assess as many people as possible, but this doesn’t affect the quality of their care as it is of a high standard. I felt supported throughout the assessment process, and the staff's kindness shines through in their communication. For other women in mid-life considering ASD/ADHD assessment, I recommend Behavioural Health. Thanks to their assessment and education, I have experienced quick, positive behavioural changes.
