Excellent service, from the initial booking confirmation to the smooth trip to the airport. The driver (Dean) sent us a text the day before, he was perfectly punctual, corteous and a safe and smooth driver. The van was nice and clean. The trip was a fixed price ride, very competitively priced. We will absolutely use their services again

No a great experience ... $30 ride compared to $9with uner and wanted me to pay cash and then charged me extra for credit card ... 1.2 klm ride and no air con turned on .... never again

I nearly booked a shuttle bus under the website name, shuttlesavers.co.nz I looked everywhere for reviews to see if it was legit, My concerns was that the price was seriously to good to be true, when you put in your pickup drop off info, it says demo quote, and I got too many trust issues to believe that lol, i emailed the website asking if their pricing was real, and the response was vague but also didn't sound trust worthy, I did more research and found the address is the exact addres as this discount taxis Ltd, this sounds like they are scamming people I would be reporting this busniess after seeing so many negative reviews. With two different businesses running under the same address.

On multiple occasions I have booked this company from Sydney with a late flight into Auckland only to find when I land it has been cancelled by company. This is annoying and expensive to correct at midnight since Uber and local cabs gouge the last cent out of you with surge pricing and minimum flag falls. It is very citing to pay less but that doesn’t always happen.

We had the best experience with this service stayed in Auckland over a 24 hr period, the drivers were very friendly, on time and very informative when it came to drop off and pick up, I cannot rate these guys any higher and will certainly use them next time I visit Auckland again, truly professional affordable and reliable, thankyou so much team you made our Auckland experience so much more enjoyable and reliable

I made a booking, but they didn't turn up, even after I received the confirmation email the day before. T&C's say I'm supposed to ring within 5 minutes if they don't arrive, which I did, and got an automated message saying they don't do phone dispatches anymore and to use the website! Luckily, a different taxi who drove by offering to pick us up (which I politely declined) came back, and we got to the airport (albeit for twice the "discount taxis" flat fee).

We had a lovely driver with a Red Toyota Camry, we unfortunately didn’t get his name but he was so helpful, so efficient (arrived 10 mins early) and brought 4 of us and ALOT of luggage to our camper van pick up at the airport. Thank you so much for making it such a smooth morning! We will definitely recommend your company because of our driver this morning 🙂 also for a very very fair price! Thank you.
