Paul Noyes made a very competent and professional job of fixing a serious sewage problem at our house. He discussed options with us and kept us up-to-date as more and more problems were found. We have now fixed a long-standing problem and we will be very surprised if we ever have another problem with what he fixed. We are most grateful for the service he gave.

We unfortunately did not have a great experience - perhaps it was because it was in a commercial environment ?? We had to call them out twice (charged and paid both times - around 1k) and still the problem was not resolved. We then had to call a specialty repairman who fixed one of the problems for $150 in around 15mins and then we got another plumber who installed a whole new commercial spray tap for 1.5k including labour. The Mr Plumber plumber quoted me 2.5k for just the tap - on his second call out ..... It was a complete rip-off job but he was interested in taking his money and leaving ZERO customer care ZERO interest in customer satisfaction

Mike arrived within 1hr of making an urgent request late in the afternoon. He was courteous, knowledgeable and up front regarding the possible options. As transpired he was able to resolve the problem within 30 minutes and also showed us how the problem could be fixed should there be a recurrence. Very much appreciated Mike.
