We recently had Laser Plumbing East Tamaki handle the water main connection work for our relocated water meter, and I’m really pleased with how it all went. Brad Wilson, Liam, and Aiden were fantastic to deal with—professional, thoughtful, and clearly knew their stuff. They understood the scale and risks involved and put together a solid plan. They even brought in the right people for the thrusting work, which gave me extra confidence everything was in good hands. Great job all around.

Laser Plumbing completed more work for me yesterday. As always punctual, friendly and highly professional. The work was completed to a high standard and at a competitive price. They are and will continue to be my absolute go to when I need any work done. Right from the manner in which my call was taken to the delivery of the excellent service nothing was too much on their part!!!

I had a reasonably urgent plumbing problem.
The extremely helpful young man from Laser Plumbing was at my home within the hour, identified the problem and undertook the necessary repair. At the end of the job he left the bathroom in a totally spotless condition.

The team installed a new water main from our meter to our house when a leak under the long concrete driveway would be costly to find and repair. Brad was excellent in communicating with us and taking us through our options. The work included the location of services, drilling under the driveway and the installation and connection of the new line. The work was completed on time and as promised. I'd be happy to use the team again.

Great service. Made a booking through the website and they phoned back the same day to confirm day and time. Plumber (Johnathan) arrived at the stipulated time, very friendly and professional. Fixed the problem and left the area tidy. I’ll definitely use Laser Plumbing again.
