French Electrical

The socket our fridge plugs into stopped working (even when we tried plugging in other things to test it) and French electrical were able to come over to check it out within a few hours of me calling. When Noah arrived he checked everything and couldn’t find anything wrong and it had started working again. But instead of just leaving it, he double checked behind the socket cover and all the wires as well as checking the switchboard and making sure everything was working well so that I could be confident that the fridge should be OK! Noah’s attention to detail meant that I felt reassured. I’d definitely book with them again for small or big jobs.

French Electrical are awesome. No job is too little to be important. I couldn’t reach a high light in a stairwell to replace the bulb and Mike arrived to solve the problem with equipment and his expertise. All done with a smile

We have just installed a new solar system. My husband did a lot of research before deciding on French Electrical. The reasons were: 1 It is a family business with a long history. 2 Nick (manager) came to site to inspect the property before preparing the proposal (other providers engaged remotely). Whilst on site he took the trouble to get on the roof to see the set up for himself. 3 Nick as an electrician had in-depth technical knowledge. Other providers were more sales skilled and therefore did not come across as having the same level of knowledge. 4 Throughout the process Nick provided excellent communication. The on site installation crew led by Marco with great support from Sam, maintained a high standard of workmanship. They were professional, respectful,communicated well and were very efficient. We were very impressed with the quality of the internal installation completed by Marco. We are more than happy with our choice.

Friendly and personable staff member. Worked quietly and efficiently answering my questions. He cleaned up after himself. I'd recommend this firm because of his work ethics.
