Wow, where do I start? From start to finish, it was clear that Bond Cleaning NZ always puts the customer first. It started with me reaching out to Kate for a quote. I had many questions about the cleaning process as I was moving into a new place with my wife and baby (my wife is very very picky when it comes to cleaning - especially with a baby). Kate's responses were always professional, timely, and also very accommodative to what we were looking for. Very honest answers and expectations clearly laid out from both sides which I appreciated. The day of the clean @ 7am, the team of 5 (led by Kate's husband), came promptly at our door step ready to go. I received a courtesy message from Kate around 6am letting me know they were coming my way, and also got a call from Kate's husband shortly after telling me their ETA, in which they arrived exactly as per our agreed time. Kate's husband and I did a walkthrough of the entire house and shared expectations on what needed to be done, etc. There were zero surprises from either sides. After the short tour, Kate's husband rallied the team and away they went for almost 6 hours cleaning our house from top to bottom. I've attached a few pictures of what they accomplished (btw, the pictures don't do it justice). You can literally see reflections from all the sinks, countertops, oven, etc. My wife actually came by in the middle of the clean as she wanted to see (aka "spy on") the progress (I was actually nervous myself because as I mentioned above, she is a very picky person). She ended up saying "wow, this is a very good clean"....BINGO! +10 points for me for picking Bond Cleaning NZ 🙂 All in all, pricing was very competitive, the effort from the team was great, and the overall results were outstanding from our point of view. One last point I wanted to note is how I appreciate Kate's husband going into the trenches with his workers; as usually you would see the manager tell their team to do the work and they would come back later to check in on the progress. As a business leader myself, it makes a big difference when you lead by example and your team follows you because they respect you for it. It's clear that his team does exactly that and they have strong relationships with one another. It's not easy cleaning houses for a living - and yet - they all had fun doing it. There was laughter, some good banter, and all while cleaning our house. I highly respect Kate & her husband's character, and would refer them to anyone who needs a deep clean. These are just intangibles that you just can't "buy" with money. Thanks again Kate, Leon, & the team! I look forward to next week's "moving out" clean which we've already scheduled with you 🙂

When I engaged the services of Bond Cleaning NZ to clean all of the windows in my house, I was absolutely speechless at what an excellent job they did. Inside and out the glass along with the aluminium joinery was sparkling! The team were very fussy and did an outstanding job!!! I recommend Parth and his team at Bond Clean and will use them again!

I used this company for a end of tenancy clean. Kate was amazing to communicate with from start to finish. She gave me a clear understanding of costs prior to arriving for the job. Sending a live tracker to view how far away they are is a great way of going about things. The cleaning job was amazing and good value for money. I would definitely use them again.

My Aunty and I have been friends with Kate for 3 years to date and have utilised her cleaning services since. Kate and her team are very efficient and very thorough when they have cleaned our properties. In addition Kate and her team are very friendly and the cost is affordable. Worst service ever, we used them to clean the house before handed over .... we had to spend a whole day cleaning after their service ....paid money for nothing .... don't recommend to anyone
