This business responded promptly and arranged a visit to inspect and quote. Norman was on-time, polite, professional and gave good answers to questions. He did a thorough inspection, including roof space and underfloor. He emailed a good report, including helpful photos of all sites in less than 24hrs. The quote was reasonable, and he was able to come and carry out the work the following week. We felt Norman did a thorough job, and we are pleased the treatment came with a 10-year warranty. Norman was very helpful in advising on borer issues found in a building inspection report on a property we were looking to purchase.
