My experience with Collette from Charlton Property Management has been exceptional. She truly goes the extra mile as a property manager, and we trust her completely. Collette is extremely responsive and even worked around tight deadlines between the Easter and ANZAC holidays to ensure our tenants could move in as soon as possible. Her attention to detail is remarkable; she caught important issues during our pre-settlement viewing that saved us time and stress. We’re so grateful she was referred to us, and we’ll definitely be recommending her to our friends and family!

We have been renting for the last 5 years, our latest rental with Charlton property has been the very best experience so far and this is because Collette is the best property manager we have had, always helpful, communication is brilliant, nothing is too big or too small that she does not treat it as urgent even when she is on leave she gets in touch immediately and sort out our issue. I truly feel that Collette treats all her clients as if they are the only ones. I will forever refer my friends and family to Charlton.

Kerry was our property manager and she was a pleasure to deal with everytime Nothing was too much hassle and she helped out wherever she could to make us feel heard as tenants. We have moved abroad and hope to have as nice a property manager as Kerry!

Tiri has been great to deal with. Extremely accommodating having no problem giving extra time to my client for her move. As an advocate I’m often met with hostility but Tiri has been nothing but kind. Based on my experiance with her I’d recommend CPM. Thank you.
