I worked with Harper for over two years, so I gained a fairly good understanding of how they operate. Things started off well, and there were times where I was happy with how the campaigns were running. In the first year, it was discovered that we had been undercharged over several months which added up to several thousand dollars. I had a call from the Director and in just a couple of minutes, we came to an arrangement and had it resolved. What I found so disappointing was that recently when the shoe was on the other foot (Harper had overcharged us), there was push-back, delays, blame shifting and I constantly felt minimized. Harper charge a premium fee, so I expect their team to be proactively managing our account. But there were significant mistakes including our social media ads being switched off for over 30 days, as well as our Google budgets dropping by 30% for three months, leading to overcharging of their variable fee. Both of these issues were picked up by me, rather than the company we pay to ensure things are working correctly. I had already been a customer of Harper's for 2 years, and stuck with them through 3 account managers, I gave Harper every opportunity to put things right, and I wanted to resolve it and stay on, but they continued to delay and I lost patience. In the end I was offered a one month credit which was too little too late and irrelevant as I had already decided to leave. I'm still ready to take your call to get this resolved fairly and things will be forgiven.
