Ponieważ nie jest łatwo podróżować z drugiego końca świata ze swoimi rowerami, pożyczyliśmy u Bruca 2 górskie rowery. Świetnie przygotowane służyły nam przez 2 tygodnie w czasie naszej podróży po Nowej Zelandii - sprawdziły się w wymagającym, zróżnicowanym terenie, i okazaly bezawaryjne. Dla osób szukających możliwości pożyczenia dobrych rowerów w dobrej cenie i od sympatycznych , znających się na rzeczy ludzi.

These guys are your absolutely ideal partners in any restoring or resto-modding project. They have a vast and library-like repository of all sorts of hard to find bits and pieces for you to dig through. Additionally they are really very helpful, and generous with their prices. And they run a free maintenance class once a month. They make cycling more accessible to everyone. Special thanks to Bruce, Russell and Eli for their help with the road bike project!

When you come to Bruce's shop you see a lot of old bicycles and you think, you shouldn't be here, but don't leave and see what is possible. Buy a strong used bicycle and have it customized to your needs. With its unique buyback guarantee you are much cheaper than renting a bicycle. The bike is not beautiful but technically in order. Bruce is an honest man, very flexible with very good service that goes further than just in Auckland. Thank you Bruce!

This is a fantastic set up. Bruce & his team organised a bike for my North Island solo trip; December and January 2023.
I needed a basic, road worthy, hardy mountain bike as I was tackling lots of gravel and hills. This is exactly what I got and it rode smoothly all the way up the East Coast & down the West Coast with a few diversions.
Bruce patiently responded to many emails sent from Yorkshire prior to my adventure and opened up especially (shop is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to receive the bike back under the buy back scheme! Such a great initiative!
The shop is a very busy, popular establishment and I highly rate it.

Epic bike shop! Awesome to see the team here breathe new life into old frames and parts. Affordable service and cool that you can choose from the selection of parts they have on site - I got a new womens seat and rack put on the back.

Please go here if you need a bike, bike gear, or bike maintenance. The people are so friendly, helpful, and experienced. The bikes are amazing value and in great condition. They also have a very green business model which is focused on getting the most out of existing parts.
They have a bike buyback scheme and partner in Christchurch if you are not coming back to Auckland.
They offer bike maintenance tips and advice over the phone if you have problems when you are on the road. They will also ship you the parts you need if you have to do repairs on your tour.
100% recommended - you don't need to go anywhere else.

We had a great experience with Adventure Cycles!
Bruce and team did all they could to give us all details prior to arriving in Auckland. We bought 2 second hand bikes, front and rear panniers, Racks and other accessories from them via the buy back scheme. Their buy back scheme is the only one we could find existing in New Zealand. Upon return they bought back the bikes with all accessories for half the price. Which was a great deal for our 3 month bike ride through New Zealand.
