Had money in my glove box and one month later the money was gone ! Untrust worthy operating staff, owner Paul said there's never been an account of theft ever at his place. Very bad service 0 stars for this place

Like an angel from Heaven OTS saved our bacon when our truck got stuck in a very precarious position on a sloped driveway. A big thank you to Brenda in the office and Master Magician Keith in the truck for enabling our escape. Couldn't be happier, or more relieved. Needless to say I can recommend OTS without hesitation.

Great service, always on time which is real hard to do where Auckland traffic is so difficult to predict! Friendly competent professional staff from your phone call right thru to receiving your machine on site!

AA sent Elam to collect our Van. We didn't know what was wrong with it and the AA guy said it was the radiator... Elam checked it thoroughly and in the end he fixed it!! He was sooo kind and helpful. He explained us what the problem was and how to avoid it taking some precautions.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5 starts for him !!!
1 star for the AA guy (and that 1 star it's just because he sent Elam )

Rudest person I’ve ever spoken on phone just ended the call after no help and was rude the whole call . Pull your socks up and get better people to answer your phone

Extraordinary work! Amit came this morning to tow our vehicle to a nearby garage and he was exceptional, how difficult it was to take our car out of the garage and get it to turn to face our long driveway but with the skills and mindset he had he made it look so easy. A Superstar - Thank you. I also would like to mention Cory at the office, you’re an Angel in human form, no normal human would do what you did but you were so kind enough to help me out this morning. 100% will use your servive again and highly recommeded for any one who will be needing this service. Thank you again.

My car had to be towed which was arranged by my insurance company. Within in minutes of the booking, I received a call from the towing company. As it was peak hour the lovely lady apologised there would be a delay. Despite the timing of the day they were still prompt and dealt with the towing very efficiently. Hope I don't need you guys anytime soon 🙂
