Malaki absolutely loves visiting abbots way, we walk past every morning on our walk & we struggle to get him to walk past as he just wants to run inside & see everyone He gets really excited when he sees Dr Ben & Siobhan at reception especially. Always so helpful at putting our mind at ease too even after our appointments ☺️

Staff were very kind and responsive when I called needing an urgent appointment. On arrival reception staff were friendly and efficient and the attending vet (Clem) was also very prompt, efficient, friendly and kind to my cat. He was also very knowledgeable and took care to explain and demonstrate x ray results to me. His advice was very pragmatic when explaining all of the options for my cat's treatment which I really appreciated! This was my first dealings with this clinic and I'd definitely recommend them!
