Website is easy to use . Prices are very good . Excellent , prompt service. Absolutely no hassles. I don’t even think about pet food anymore. It just miraculously arrives , on time and I can change anything in my order at any time online with ease.

Routinely the most cost effective on Auto deliver option. Easy to set up auto deliver, very flexible to allow changes etc. Good communication and suggestions from customer service team. Products arrive beautifully packaged and undamaged. This is truly such a time saver and takes the worry out of having to order your furkids foodies and supplies. Love this service.

Great fast services.
I have to buy my dogs pet food from here as they are the only ones who seem to stock the specific food. However it's on an automatic payment every 13weeks and it's so easy, fast delivery and simple to use. I don't need to worry about anything. Pups still feed and happy.

Not the first time it happened that the price went up in the 3 days between the reminder email and the delivery email and without any warning. The higher price was deducted without any mentioning! How can I trust you to not deduct whatever you see fit? I have now cancelled all autoship orders. Wanted to close my account, but the really nice customer lady only cancelled my credit card and autoship…well, I am not going to try again. You need to let customers know that you hiked up prices before you deduct it from our accounts!

Amazing service and products every time! Blessed to be able to find more affordable prices prescriptions to ease the costs of our pets health!
Customer service team is excellent. No automations call straight to a helpful friendly person every time. Same products from your vet and pet store but better for your budget.
