Tanya is super friendly and has a way with animals! Our kitten came back refreshed, mat-free, and totally relaxed when it came to pick up time. Loved getting regular updates on how the groom was going, with loads of photos to keep the pawrents at ease. We'll be back soon ☺️

Tanya is an absolute gem!! We have always struggled to groom our mini schnauzer Jasper, he has just never enjoyed it and has built a distrust of of groomers, scissors and shears over his 12 years. I’ve lost count how many times talented groomers have not managed to complete the full groom as he just wasn’t having it - he’s a strong willed old man and has no problem letting you know just how unhappy he is by giving you a love bite with his one tooth…. So, on our first visit to Paws and Relax, my expectations were low - I know how hard he is to groom and just asked Tanya to ‘Do what you can, see how you go, don’t worry if you only get his beard done’. Well, 2 hours later I got the call he was ready and I was amazed at what she had managed to do. He looks awesome and has his schnauzer swagger back. Just look at the before (3 weeks ago) and after picture. We are so happy we have found Tanya. If I could give me than 5 stars I would. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Just had the most amazing experience with Tanya. After having to find a new groomer for my little fur baby she was the absolute BEST. With the calming music in the room down to the pampering and photo shoots. My fur baby loved every minute of it and of course she looks beautiful Thankyou Tania Before and after pics.

We had a great first experience with Tanya. Our very anxious and timid toy poodle relaxed in her care and he came home looking super cute and perfectly groomed. A spectacular result when we wondered if he would cope at all. Tanya took extra time and care to familiarise our dog with herself and the spa facilities, so he would be comfortable and calm, and allow her to groom him. A very professional, gentle, kind and caring practitioner. Highly recommend Tanya.

We are absolutely thrilled with the job Tanya did of grooming our ragdoll Marshmallow. He has always put up a protest whenever we tried to groom him so he his fur had got quite matted and unruly. A few hours with Tanya and his fur feels and smells amazing and he seems like one happy boy. She really is the pet whisperer, I highly recommend!

Look no further for an animal groomer. Tanya is the Vidal Sassoon of grooming and a beautiful person too. Our dogs love going to see Tanya for their grooming and the quality of haircuts is superb. Tanya knows her stuff. She even picked up on our last visit that our dog has a decayed tooth. It is so nice to be able to leave our dogs with Tanya knowing they are in such great care and so beautifully presented when we pick them up. Look no further - you have found your groomer in Tanya !
