Stay on right lane, entrance just past Hotel Grand Chancellor car park. Look for EV Vector sign entry just past sign. 2 chargers onsite.

2 Free 50 kW chargers by Vector on Hobson Street, with CCS and Chademo plugs. Waiting can be an issue as all bays other than chargers are reserved for substation staff. Tends to be a bit busy but has a 30 min charging limit.

Any PHEV or EV owner will love this place. Offers free charging both fast charge and normal charging. Only downside is that not more than two vehicles can use the facility at a time. So far, I have seen users respecting the 30min time limit and giving way for the next in line.
