Ordered Iced Strawberry Matcha lattes which came and were just a tall glass of milk with one or two spoons of strawberry at the bottom (actually all milk teas were just tall cups of milk, with maybe a drizzle of flavour on the side, no exaggeration). Bathrooms had no soap, our orders were consistently wrong and a member of our party subsequently had no food for the first two and a half of our three hours. $35 for three hours of karaoke is not bad I guess but not ideal if you order food and drink as part of that and can’t eat or drink what you order. Food also all arrived stone cold.

Best karaoke in AKL. Apart from the newest mic and speakers, the food and waiting time surprise me a lot. Good atmosphere, perfect for photos❤️‍ ❤️‍

We went there with 6 or 7 friends on vacation in the evening.ordered some drinks and snacks and the room was clean and tidy. The service was also very good. At 11:30 p.m.there were still guests waiting for a table. Xiaozhi at the front desk is very considerate when making reservations. The business is good for a reason. I wish you all the best and prosperous business！

去ACE很多次了，服务一次比一次差。 1. 预定的时候明明电话里都已经把需求说清楚了，还多接一个电话只是为了确认，好像员工之间没有交接清楚一样。 2. 我们有预定，本来以为去到前台核查一下信息就能被带进去了，结果前台直接无视我们。我明白当时有另一群客人先来，要招待先来的。但是当时前台有两个员工，让另一个员工核查一下的时间都 ️吗？和我们客气说一声"不好意思先稍等一下"的礼貌都 ️吗？ 3. 一部分人先到店已经给店员看过ID了，在店门口坐着，另一部分人之后来了给看ID之后，店员跟失忆了一样又想要已经看过ID的人的ID，前后不过5分钟，工作上点心好吗。 4. 进包厢后，两个话筒相继没电，之前不能检查好吗？还得叫两次换电池。我们前几次来也发生过话筒没电的情况，这不是个例，浪费的时间是你们给我们补上吗？ 5. 房间灯光好烂啊，拍照好丑 6.茶是苦的 7. 我明白你们想把做好的餐快点端上来，但是你们既然有托盘，能不能尽可能将饭一次性送来？我们五个人的餐和饮料工作人员前前后后进来了将近10次，反复打断我们唱歌，每次唱到一半就得跟工作人员说一句谢谢，后面收餐的时候又重复进来了两三次。请问收餐有这么着急吗？不可以等我们走了之后你们打扫的时候一起收了吗？我们一共就三个小时，员工进来十几次，我们一直被打扰，可以让我们唱完整的歌吗？ 8. 建议时间快到了的话，提前10分钟跟我们提醒一下，而不是到点了直接推门进来开始赶人。甚至连最后一首歌都不让人唱完，真是绝了。 综上所述，这是一场从预定房间到结束回家都不怎么愉快的游玩，如果只是部分令我不满的我也就算了，但是你店服务各种漏洞百出，真的让人体验很差，不会再来了

We have been here 3 times now each time was memorable, drinks are always on, service great and song choices good. We’re always well looked after and this time we were taken to their new larger Karaoke rooms so I can’t wait to try out the largest room with my family. We even were offered an happy hour deal which we had no idea about but it was a per person price and came with complimentary 1x Food and 1x Drink item, so it was absolutely worth the price. Always recommend ACE Karaoke, thanks for having us again!

是我去过奥克兰最垃圾的KTV!服务人员每个人说词都不一样，跟客人玩儿文字游戏！经理还一直拉个脸，就跟欠她钱似的，背后说客人的坏话。体验感特别差！以后不会再去了！食物一般，音响效果一般，麦克风会发出刺耳的声音，跟回到八十年代用的麦克风似的。打电话说九个人包间，给我推荐个中包，特别拥挤，空间很小，非常不舒服！
