I had such a lovely experience at Sylvia Park Acquisitions! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel truly special — welcoming me with genuine smiles and offering help without being pushy. The customer service was absolutely outstanding; they were patient, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The store itself is beautifully set up, with such an elegant and calming atmosphere. You can really tell that attention to detail is a priority here. I left feeling happy, valued, and excited to come back. Highly recommend!

This is a nice shop, but my wife went in looking for a product they usually have and asked the person on the counter if they were getting anymore in and they were not very helpful, Didnt know and had no idea.She walked out, so there’s a sale gone .If you want to make a sale and the products are not there and you get no explanation you go else where, unfortunately that’s why so many places are going out of business.

Great place to buy the gifts, souvenir's for people from all age group. It's a big shop so varieties options to choose from. The shop items keep changing throughout the year which is a good thing. The only downside is that all the products are expensive but of good quality.

Perfect place for Christmas shopping and gift shopping. So many varieties of gifts for very reasonable price plus really good customer service.

The staff was very rude when asked to wrap the glass lotus items separately. She took the items and put it in the back counter. I spent so long selecting items. Used to be my go to place, will never visit this place again. Very bad customer service, seems like a grumpy staff, not interested to do any sale.

It is one of the best shop for gifts. They have a variety of gifts for all occasions and I would recommend it for anyone but I was disappointed with the customer service given recently when I went for Christmas shopping. The lady at the reception wasn't very friendly and was not helpful when I asked for something. She looked very bored and not in the right place during such a happy season. I felt like she wanted to avoid serving me. I had received such great customer service before from this shop that I was a bit not happy. A smile can go a great way. And especially at the reception it would add happiness to this joyful season. I would have given a five star if not for that reception lady.
