Good thorough onboarding and awesome systems to help build your business. However after stopping service with this company they charged me again in October 2024 which took 3 months to refund. Then again they have charged me in April 2025. It seems this company does not respect customers data when asked to delete all payment methods to ensure this does not happen.
Good luck if you ever have to get money back from them! They are happy to take it but not give it back

Never pay by direct credit ,I stop using them in June 2023 late November 2024 they removed funds from my account still chasing them for a refund.I have now got the bank involved trying to recover said funds.I posted this will over a month ago.It is now April 2025 still no refund,excuse after excuse .Come on do the decent thing an refund my money.

Never use auto pay with them!!!! After joining for half year, I don't see the difference on using their marketing channel. So I stopped the contract with them in 2023.
After a year I have ended a contract with them, they suddenly auto charged my bank account for 2 months in Nov 2024. I have raised to them about this auto charged, initially they say they will give me a refund, and now I still cannot get back my money, it is 3 months already. No replies from email nor phone call. Never trust this company again.
