We have just arrived back home from our Europe trip that Ellie helped booked, which my 7 year old son loved! When I initially spoke with Ellie late last year, I provided her with our draft itinerary which she made a reality She has been very patient with me and my questions during the planning and booking process, as well as when we were overseas. She also provided guidance which was helpful and I came to understand her view when we were overseas. This was our first time in Europe, and it was definitely one to remember! I would highly recommend Ellie and the team at the Hobsonville branch. Thank you very much!!

Pulling together the itinerary with you felt like a real team effort, you took the time to understand what we were wanting from our holiday and gave us loads of suggestions and ideas to take our holiday plan next level. You really helped create our once-in-a-lifetime family holiday 🙂 We also got caught up in the LA wildfires and you were a very calming influence helping us with finding alternative accommodation with very little notice as we were evacuating. Ellie help me with my families bookings when we were immigrating and she had loads of helpful ideas with travel with the kids. Very patient with questions ect. Also had other team members step in and go out there way to help when Ellie was busy with another customers travel emergency. My now husband & I have used House of Travel Hobsonville for many years. Buzz was our very first go to back in the year of 2020 when worldwide travel was were thrown into absolute chaos. Buzz stepped up and helped me and my family in so many ways. We will forever be so grateful to Buzz for the support & advice he freely offered. From a planned team business trip to Fiji in 2023 to most recently helping Mike & I get 27 friends and family to Rarotonga for a 50th which also turned out to be a surprise wedding for our guests. Buzz went the extra mile & arranged the groups extra curricular actitives, Island transfers and special little gifts for all of our rooms booked. HOW GOOD! It is now our son’s turn working closely with Ellie to get him to Europe next month for his first Contiki. Ellie’s hot little tips & advice for Blake so far have been invaluable. House of Travel HOBSONVILLE, you simply are the BEST!!!!

Mikes support and guidance for our trip of our life was made so good with his judgment of what would work for us. The excursions worked out great, making our 5 week holiday in Dubai, Great Britain and Ireland so memorable. After such a long lockdown it was great to getaway with such and enjoyable holiday thanks to Mikes support. We now look forward to planning our next trip with Mike from House of travel Hobsonville. My experience at House of Travel Hobsonville was fantastic! Dee was so lovely and looked into all options for me as we are traveling with kids, so understood the need for good flight and transfer times. I had my son with me and Dee was very friendly and great with him, offering cookies, asking questions and just communicating well and keeping him interested. The owner was also wonderful and offered a paper plane and chatted with him. Both people made the whole booking experience really easy and enjoyable! Very highly recommend!!
