Our dog did agility training at Akarana. The trainer was knowledgeable, helpful and supportive through the process. The only bummer was the winter weather started early so they had to cancel a few classes but this was out of their control. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy learning with their best friend.

My dog had a terrible experience while attending obedience classes at Akarana. He was attacked and bitten by the trainer's dog. I asked for a refund for the balance of classes and Akarana obliged but it remains concerning to me that the trainer and this organisation feel comfortable enough to train other people's dogs when they can’t keep their own dog from biting a puppy in an unprovoked attack.

If you need to train your dog this is the place. Lovely grass area plenty of parking, we didn't go into the building. Near by is a good walk well signposted.
