Animates Botany Downs

Our cat has sadly been diagnosed with kidney issues, meaning we immediately needed to change his diet. The amazing team at Annimates Botany refunded the food stock we had no issues! Cannot speak highly enough of this incredible experience, thank you!!!

I was served today by a young man who was most helpful and provided a great service when he fitted my booster car seat for my puppy. I am most grateful for his willingness to do a great service.

Have everything I need. Good frequent buyer prices. Friendly service and if one staff doesn't know the answer to a question another staff member will which I always appreciate.

The one in Westgate is much better...I have phoned them twice now where they said they had what I was looking for and when I got there, they did not have it...however not all is doom and gloom because Noah seem to be on top of everything and to have extensive knowledge about the different dog foods....my low rating is mostly based on me phoning and driving all the way there and they dont have what they said the do ‍♀️

They're helpful and polite. I live 20+ minutes away and so call ahead to see if the dog food I buy is in stock or if they can get it delivered to their store from a sister store. Nice people.

The young girl that answer the phone this morning and could not even be polite enough to say goodby after inquiring about a product you did not have in stock YOU NEED TO LEARN BASIC MANNERS I was a bit shocked so called back and told her not to be offended as I would source the item And she HUNG UP AGAIN WITH OUT SAYING GOODBY this might be how you deal with people in your own life but you are being paid to have some customer service and politeness from people I choose to ring this store to buy product from you I actually have many other stores I can buy this product from and get treated much nicer than you lack of friendliness to do it a second time is share rudeness

Went in to look at dog toys and fish at 3pm, 3 very clearly dead fish were just floating around in separate tanks while no other customer were in the store and 3 staff were just having a chat at the counters. Really sad to see how the fish are cared for, completely threw us off of buying anything from animates ever again 🙁
