Cancelled on me for bad weather/not having enough people booked in however I was prepared for that becuase of other reviews. However I called to inquire and the guy on the phone was pretty rude telling me I should have checked my email about the cancellation. This was an email sent 50mins ago that I hadn't yet known about. I would recommend treating customers with more respect especially ones you've Cancelled a booking for last minute.

I would give these guys 6 stars if it would let me. I've been on jet boats 3 times previously in Australia, but this is the best by a long way.
Nate and his brother are great guys. The jet boat ride was amazing, and even took the time to stop and share some of the history of the area.
Thanks for the laughs, guys. Keep up the awesome work. We will definitely be back for another ride on our next trip and will be telling everyone to come and see you.

Nate and his crew will look after you. We went out yesterday and it was great. We had ages from 18 to close to 80 and we all left smiling having had a great time. Local knowledge and information between tricks was great. Plenty of safety measures in place including ensuring you’re given a warning and a countdown before any tricks. Really brilliant give it a shot, you’ll love it.

The team at Auckland Adventure Jet were awesome. Very accommodating and knowledgeable about the harbor while out on the boat. They constantly checked in with everyone on board.

I would have rate them 10 stars if I could. You guys are really awesome in every aspects. We enjoyed, created a lot of memories with their amazing rides. Looking forward to come back again to have the next adventurous trips and will also tell my friends & family to get roll with you. Highly recommended!

Want to go on an adventure ride and feel the thrill? Then is a one ride you have to take! I thoroughly enjoyed the jet boat specially the 180 degree turn that the driver used to make! He would signal with his hand by rotating it and we would scream 1...2...3.. spin!!! lol I felt like a kid on this boat. Highly recommend boat ride!

Our whānau went out on Matariki Day and boy were we glad we did! Was abit hesitant at first, being winter and the waves were a bit choppy, but that just added to the sea adventure! Our captain was awesome (sorry I didn't catch your name) and shared some fascinating history about some areas we came within sight of. We sat up the back, so got soaked the most, but our Mr 9years absolutely loved that part. We'll be booking again in summer!
