I recently had a building inspection done on a new build home, and I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by William and Jenny. Even though it was a brand-new property, they conducted a very thorough and detailed inspection, identifying issues I would never have noticed myself. Their professionalism, clear communication, and prompt reporting gave me peace of mind and helped me address concerns before finalizing the purchase.

William is undeniably good. Very thorough. He's not just looking for 'what needs to be fixed now', he is also looking for 'what will become a bigger problem in the future if no preventative maintenance is done'.
He gave us advice on how to do that maintenance ourselves (if it could be done ourselves), and highlighted what mistakes were made when the thing was first built or when renovations were done. Can definitely recommend him, will be using this company again.

We used William and Jenny for a building inspection as first time buyers. We went for the combination of the verbal report and the full written report and were very impressed. Being able to walk around the property with William was incredibly useful, especially early on in our journey to get a feel for what to look for, but also to put the written report into context. William and Jenny are professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. Their knowledge of building regulations, and weather-tightness especially, was evident throughout the inspection alongside being able to discuss findings as part of the house as a whole.
The service was prompt, and the final building report was thorough and easy to navigate.
We would definitely recommend William and Jenny to anyone requiring a building report.

Thank you to William & Jenny I appreciated your services in my recent property inspection. Jenny's service was prompt, professional and accommodating. William provided a "delightful" house inspection service. William patiently explained everything so that we understood and were aware of imminent and foreseeable areas to think about along with an idea of cost. I felt comfortable asking any questions, William would take the time to answer as we walked through the inspection. I learnt a lot along the way.
