We have used Dane’s services on multiple occasions. While our earlier experiences were satisfactory, our most recent inspection was disappointing. Several critical visual issues were overlooked, including damaged cladding, weather tightness concerns around windows, visible water marks on ceilings indicating leaks, and damaged insulation and flooring in a cantilevered section of the building. Additionally, a bathroom was incorrectly reported as being properly vented when it was not. This inconsistency in the quality of his work raises serious concerns about reliability and attention to detail—qualities that are essential in a building inspection.

Integrity of the highest level. Had a situation arise that Dane could have easily charged for and taken benefit from, but instead he acted in our best interests and gave us options on how could move forward, giving us the choice. Can't recommend enough.

I received a building report from Dane, its extremely thorough in all aspects, finding so many points i didn't see myself!
I would not hesitate at all to recommend Dane to someone needing a builder report. Explained some of it in further detail where i had additional questions. Brilliant all round.
