AVID solar designed and installed our solar system 12 months ago. We obtained 3 quotes and AVIDs offer was the most thorough and informative, offered excellent components - and was the best value overall. They were professional throughout the process, turned up when they said they would, kept us informed, completed on time and did an excellent job of the install. Their support and follow-up with the meter connection was also appreciated. We were very happy with the install, and remain happy 12 months later - and I highly recommend them.

AVID have done an awesome job sorting out solar panels for us - I would highly recommend them. They had no trouble working on our tricky roof with delicate tiles and managed to complete the entire install in a single day! The support around the process has been fantastic with regular communication and plenty of helpful information.

Kenan and his team were great. The system was installed, quickly, when arranged, and leaving no mess. During the pre-sale period, I was given all options and when I was ready, I made my unpressured decision to go with AVID, choosing an 8.1kw system using a Sigenergy 5.0sp controller and 18 Jinko panels. AVID did not put up the cheapest quote, but to my mind they offered the best value for money and showed the greatest commitment to me, the customer. At all times, during the pre-installation, I was kept informed of progress and kept up-to-date regarding what progress had been made and what the next steps were. After installation, I received all appropriate certificates and inspection was passed without issue. Now that the job is complete, I can see it is working as expected and I am very happy with the finished product. Kenan was willing to come to the house and sit down with me to design a solar system to meet our needs to power two electric cars and a house .He also designed whereby we can draw power from the car to power the house at a maximum of 3.6 kW that we have allocated to run the lights and PowerPoints. when there is a power cut we can choose to use the Tesla power wall or draw battery power from our car that has V2L capabilities .we have 22 solar panels with a 8 kW Fronius inverter ,Tesla power wall and Fronius car charger.
