We requested an inspection during the holiday season, and they were quick to respond right after Christmas on the first business day. A bit cheeky with the types of reports, so be careful if you’re enquiring via website. If you select verbal, they won’t actually provide a report at all. Apparently that’s cheaper than a normal report ($600 for no report is steep). So I guess I got what I requested, but feel ripped off. Inspection was ok, felt a bit haphazard with no checklist or plan, but did highlight some things (from what I was able to remember).
