Worse experience ever, I have come to this branch with my mom three times, once was a lady who was efficient and helpful, the other two times was an Indian man who didn’t know what he was doing, he had all excuses not to help me, including saying he was not receiving my email(which had no problem with other lady and I resent twice), he also questioning why we had US dollar for a year and did not exchange it, I gave him proof of address and then he asked when did my mom arrived in nz which was totally not relevant as she is a resident, I realized he did not want to do business some how and we went to Lotus branch on the same Queen street, done it easily with any trouble. Shame on this man, poor manner poor service bad communication.he clearly did not want to work.
