We used Ryan for several properties we were interested in and his service was fantastic. We received each report on the day he carried them out (within a couple of hours of completing!) and the last one he did, he was able to carry out late on a Friday afternoon even though we only asked him the evening before! We will definitely use him for any future reports we need
