DIOR Auckland Queen Street Store

One of the best luxury stores in Auckland. Staff is so good and well trained. Bonnie was exceptionally helpful and very good. The guy who got us some refreshments was very polite also the doorman was very friendly.

Bought a pair of sunglasses from Dior for $900. Terrible quality, the lenses mark straight away after 10 mins of wear and look like they have oil all over them. Christian Dior took them into their Auckland store, cleaned them and sent them back. When the problem persisted, they sent them to France, who also said there's nothing they can do. Have never had such an awful pair of glasses and cannot believe they have the audacity to call this a 'luxury' product. Raybans or glassons sunglasses are far better. Avoid!

Went here for the first time. I was hesitant to go because of the bad reviews but glad I went there! Bought my first lady dior dream bag and luckily got the only color I want from the recent cruise collection. Thanks Cherry for assisting me. I asked the SA to bring out a lot of colors because I couldn't decide what to get and she was very patient. The guard was very well mannered too and very welcoming.

I bought a mini lady Dior bag from them. Their official website shows it is made in Italy. The one I got is made in France. The manager called me regarding to my concern. But She started with they didn't do anything wrong which makes me feel uncomfortable. She told me they do have production line in France. I ask her why their official website shows it is made in Italy, but didn't show or made in France. She said "but it also didn't show only made in Italy. "How rediculous! She explained this is a new production line to make the mini lady Dior. And France produce better quality bags. I choose to trust her. But when I carefully check my bag, I found the leather on the right hand side of the bag is different from the other three sides. There is CD engraved at back right hand side, the D is not complete. One clasp has wider side gap and opening gap than another. The inside surface of charms are not very smooth. The dusting bag is made in India. Please see photos attached. If anyone bought a mini lady Dior bag that is made in France, please let me know. Thanks!

I went here to buy a saddle wallet with Mr Shayne. All of the sales associates were very welcoming and nice. I would definitely come back here ☺️

Rude customer service online. For a store selling items worth thousands of dollars you’d expect top-notch customer service. But the woman had a difficult time speaking English and was highly irritable

With booking an appointment with Shayne Yue who was tentative and knowledge from his colleague I had made the decision on this purchase. I love the look of this sneaker with a touch of quiet luxury.
