We had so much fun and they allowed us to start at same time as we had to have two groups. Was a little bit hot. Don't be too cocky before you start...we didn't make it and the boys beat the girls. Awesome fun though

Went for the first time recently with two friends and tried Escobar's Hideout. It was very cleverly done, we had a great time. I felt the level of difficulty was just right, and it's good you can adjust it according to the number of people you've got. The only criticism I would have: there were some cramped spaces and it could be hard to see some things, like the numbers on combination locks.

Good place for team building exercise or just bonding time with friends or family. The Escobar and Submarine escape rooms are very exciting! Highly recommended! And the lady at the front desk of game master was really good at her job too! 2 thumbs up!

Super enjoyable time spent at the Manukau location today! Team were friendly and explained everything clearly. My partner and I did the Western Jail room, thought the theme was great and puzzles were a mixed level of difficulty. Would absolutely recommend Escape Masters to anybody looking for a fun and interesting activity. Also look forward to trying out the other rooms in the near future!

Best family activity experience. Fun puzzles, it was a great way to spend time as a family. The customer service of Sean and Valencia was so good. They looked after us so well and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for another round.

Great family time event. Staff were helpful from the moment we walked in the door. There was a slight issue with a piece of equipment which was easily fixed and the staff member reimbursed the time we had lost which helped a lot. Definitely recommend to anyone looking at a fun, family friendly way to pass their time.
