Lotus always has a very competitive rate for purchasing foreign currency. I messaged the store this morning and they had my IDR in stock by this afternoon. Hirantha was prompt and efficient and rang me to advise the currency had arrived. This allowed me the time to get to Browns Bay before the store closed at 5pm. Exceptional service and all with a friendly smile and kind personal touch. Thank you Hirantha, you did a great job upholding the very good reputation of the Lotus brand.
