Service is disgraceful, Vero Has Absolutely no regard for customer service. Being a consumer affairs manager for over 20 years, they have no regard for clients, even after asking Cheryl from property claims why their service so slow, her response was she sees nothing wrong with it, no empathy or sympathy in totality, which is one of the main emotions required when working with clients. 20 days and still waiting for a claim to get processed for a simple household appliance. It’s like they play a game, send an email, wait for the client to respond, and then wait two days to respond. Won’t recommend them as a service provider and will definitely be looking for a a different service provider, Rather tragic 0 for service!

Have full insurance, person hit my car end of November, claim was accepted December 3rd, but can’t get my car repaired because there collection people are finding it hard to contact the party at fault - even though everything was provided to them - including police report. Has been nearly 3 months now… shocking! What is the point in paying for insurance at this stage. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

-100 star Useless poor Insurance, scamers They have to changed the Name VERO insurance to ZERO insurance ltd. Someone damaged my car in December. I have filed police report and lodge claim with AMP. In February I received an email says your car repairs has been approved. After a day panel beater called me and said the hybrid Battery is failed and your insurance didn’t cover hybrid battery. Same day I called to AMP asked them the reason like how the battery is failed. They said because of wear and tear your car battery is failed it’s not failed suddenly. If not failed suddenly then give me the reason wear and tear is not the reason. They didn’t gave me a proper reason how the hybrid battery is failed. I haven’t done anything someone damaged my car and they said you have to pay for it. I told them I don’t what was happened or how it’s happened I need my car in working condition. They offer me $500 for cash settlement. I bought the insurance last year they valued my car $12000. I provided proof for regular service she said proof don’t consider because it’s not show the mechanical report. WORST EXPERIENCE

I would never recommend this car insurance. My partner got it and it has been a constant headache, no responses at all, no solutions, this is the worst insurance ever

NOTE: I AM GIVING ONE STAR TO THIS COMPANY SOLELY BECAUSE I AM UNABLE TO POST THE REVIEW WITHOUT A RATING. IN REALITY, THEY DESERVE NO STARS. I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my insurance claim by Vero and Autosure .It has been two weeks since I filed my claim and despite repeated attempts to get an update, I have received no clear information. Every time I contact the customer service team, I am given vague responses, with no solid information on the status of my claim. The lack of communication and clarity from Insurance Company is frustrating and unacceptable. If my claim is going to be declined, I would appreciate being told that outright instead of being strung along. This experience has been one of the worst I’ve had with any insurance company, and I am seriously considering canceling my policy once this claim is resolved. I expected better service, and unfortunately, this experience has left me with no positive words to offer. I would not recommend Insurance Company based on my experience so far.

If I can give a negative star on this Insurance company, i will. I got content insurance on this company but when its time to claim, no one will help to sort it out. They only good on chasing my pay, but ignored us when time to claim.
