I joined Breathe Yoga in Feb this year and haven't look back since. The frequency and variety of classes are well thought out.
More importantly, the owners and teachers are all very positive, encouraging and professional. Regardless of your fitness level, you're made to feel welcome. If you're new to the classes and feel like you might need more guidance, the teachers are always open to chat and help. If you've been thinking about joining for a while, I'd suggest to just give it a go. You won't regret it.

I highly recommend Breath Hot Pilates! After just over a year of attending classes, I’ve seen incredible changes in both my body and mind. The owners and instructors are outstanding, creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Plus, the value for money is fantastic! If you're looking for a positive fitness experience, come down and say hello—you won’t regret it!

Rejoined Breathe recently after over 10 years hiatus. The 60 minute classes were a great way to get back into the 90 minute full classes. I love yoga, sauna, and mediation so this hits all these points in one class . Freya Taane and their team are welcoming and supportive. The weekly membership is good value and fits with my changing schedule, as there are so many classes at convenient times. Highly recommended

The Bikram classes are particularly noteworthy, with teachers who are incredibly caring and thoughtful in their approach. They guide you through the challenging sequences with encouragement and attention to detail, ensuring you get the most out of each session safely.
For those seeking deep relaxation, the Yin classes are a godsend. These sessions provide a much-needed opportunity to slow down, switch off from the outside world, and reconnect with yourself. The studio has a great vibe, and I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped through the door.
The Instructors get the best out of you during a session and are happy to answer questions before/after class. One of those conversations improved my practice tremendously.
Well-priced with concession options with pay online or in-store. The schedule for classes is well thought out and I particularly like the APP for booking classes.
Hot Yoga has given me the best night's sleep I’ve had in ages, my skin is glowing, and my posture has improved. I am taking off excess weight. My mind is clear and calm, and a side effect of I didn’t expect to experience is an improvement in my memory. But the best thing is the issues I had recovering from hip surgery are resolving and I see and feel improvement after every class I attend.

My mum introduced me to Breathe. Absolutely love it. Great studio, awesome instructors and fantastic classes. I’ve done both the Yoga & Pilates classes, and thoroughly enjoyed both of them. Highly recommend for all fitness levels from beginner to experienced.

I bought a 3-class pass a few days ago to see if this studio would work for me. Only after 2 classes, I am already loving it and would like to buy official membership. Teachers are super friendly and helpful and the general vibes during lessons are just great.
