As a family, we have been taking our cars to Fredco for the best part of 20 years, and the service has always been exceptional. These guys are great at what they do, and we’ve recommended them to many friends!

Hands down the best experience I have had with taking my car to a mechanic. Lots of sound advice given, nothing unnecessary done, a really reasonable bill and nobody made me feel dumb! It saved me a fortune on my precious quote. Everyone at Fredco is lovely. I won't go anywhere else now.

Everyone I dealt with here was kind, friendly and helpful. Efficient and prompt service, they made time for my car to be repaired at short notice, and the final cost was less than the quote. Very pleased with my experience at Fredco.

My original car battery died, and Fredco quickly replaced the battery and offered good service. However, I started having issues with the new battery not starting my car sometimes. I returned to Fredco, and they told me there was nothing wrong with the new battery. The issues continued, so I asked for a warranty replacement battery, which they declined to do. When I visited their workshop for the second time regarding the issue, the person they had speak with me would constantly talk over me and offered no solution. I ended up taking my car to Nissan, where they identified that the battery was indeed faulty. I didn't bother returning to Fredco because they were not interested in replacing their defective product. This incident did happen about 5 years ago, so one would hope their service and warranty replacement process has improved since then. Either way, based on this poor experience, I would not recommend them.

For over 20 years my husband and I have taken our various cars (some old, some newer) to Fredco, and I can honestly say that we have never had a single reason to discontinue. Their service in all areas is really fantastic. They do excellent work at a reasonable price, and are always willing to go the extra mile when needed. In fact, Craig and Carl have both given me helpful and honest advice about what to look out for when buying another car. Their pre-inspections have saved me from buying a couple of "lemons". The whole atmosphere, from the moment you walk in, is friendly and efficient. They are a great team who I totally trust (something that is very important to me in my advancing years).
