This place is great if you are just starting out at a gym. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Take advantage of the free consultations, such a nice touch to have something like this as part of the membership. The facilities are well laid out and clean. My partner and I enjoyed our experience at this gym. Plenty parking, easy to access, plenty of classes, although we didn’t try any. We enjoyed the gym equipment area, lots of space, and stretching area, functional space, separate male and female bathrooms and change room, towels avail to hire, vending machine for drinks at entrance. AC works well, friendly and inclusive place, staff very friendly, top service. Thank you

Great service and a very friendly and helpful team always available the second you step through the doors. Large selection of equipment which means you never have to wait around. There is a great selection of classes available as well which is great when you are looking for a creative to way to get your sweat on! But the best part would have to be the sauna and locker rooms which are always kept clean and tidy, something that you can’t seem to find at most gyms.
