GVI quickly and efficiently did the job. I left my car for them to change a part that was making noise, and although the parts took a while to come to NZ, once they got them... it was a fast and quick work. I got my car within hours, while they borrowed me a car in the meantime. No more noises in my car, they answered to my questions patiently, and provided great service! I highly recommend them!

Honestly, I'm so glad I bought my van through GVI. The whole car buying process was super smooth and easy. When I drove the van around for a week, I found some issues with the vehicle. Called my sales guy Jackie, and he booked had the service center call me the same day. Go to drop the car off, and it was awesome knowing that it was GVI, the companies own service center, not some third party. The guys there went for a ride with me while my wife waited in their waiting room, and it was clean and had facilities to make tea/coffee and toilet facilities also. Came back got a nice courtesy car and we are awaiting pickup of our van. Will update on how it all went.

Okay, this is not a paid review (lol). The team is really efficient and transparent (you can watch what they are doing to your car from the "guest room "). No pretending to have extra bobos or "potential issues.." they just fixed what needs to be done and off you go . Call Luan to book your next car service
