Dr Richard is an absolute legend, been seeing him for quite some time and have also seen many improvements in athletic performance and overall health and quality of life. I was ignorant about the Chiropractic and its benefits until I reached here. I have noticed change in my posture immediately after the first session. The subsequent sessions helped me to reach where I wanted to be. Dr Richard helped me to achieve my recovery goals and explained the process thoroughly from the beginning to the end. The ambiance is very serene and well maintained. Big shoutout to the staff at the reception. I am not sure who does it, someone has a good taste in music, I love the songs while I am waiting in the reception.

Richard is the best chiropractor I've ever seen, and I've seen many over the years. He's genuine and caring, and he's keenly tuned in to what your body needs regarding adjustments. There's never forced or painful "cracking." When I started seeing him months ago, I had headaches that reached from the base of my skull, over the crown of my head, behind my eyes. I also had so much trouble with the front of my left hip that it was hard to walk at times. I'm beyond thrilled that Richard's regular care has helped me overcome both of these issues in less than a year. That's significant because they were persistent issues I'd had for far longer than a year. Thank you so much to Richard (and the lovely front office staff) at Mt. Eden Chiropractic!
