Making the appointment was straightforward, and there were no issues initially. I did request an earlier time and was offered one for the weekend. However, when I accepted, I received an email 40 minutes later stating the spot had been taken. This was a little frustrating as I didn’t have enough time to respond, and a similar situation occurred when I was at work, where I had already mentioned that I prefer text communication over unscheduled calls.
**Treatment**
Rebecca’s work was excellent—calm, gentle, and peaceful. She provided a pain-free experience, something I’ve struggled with in the past. I would gladly return for her care, as it has really changed my perspective on cleanings. The only discomfort I experienced was from an unrelated cough I’ve had for weeks, but there was no intense lecturing, which I appreciated.
**Payment**
While Rebecca recommended a dentist checkup, I felt a bit uncomfortable at the reception desk. The gentleman there was very pushy about booking me in for a dentist appointment without giving me time to research who would be treating me. I’m not comfortable booking appointments with people I don’t know, especially without the chance to look into their background first. I chose this practice based on a friend’s recommendation, specifically for Rebecca’s work, and I wanted more time to make a decision.
What upset me most was the feeling of being pressured to make an on-the-spot decision, especially given my financial situation. I’ve been saving for this visit for four years and have been dealing with stress, anxiety, and a recent redundancy. I explained these circumstances when making my booking, but I’m unsure if I can afford further treatments right now. I prefer to take my time researching before committing, as it’s a big decision for me financially.

Vague answers, very little actual inspection of my teeth and no estimates on pricing until prompted multiple times.
For a procedure that would cost upward of $1,000 you would expect better insights and service.

I had 3 implants fitted here by AJ. My wife also had one implant fitted. Excellent work. No problems whatsoever. No need to go overseas when you can just hop over the bridge to get the work done at great prices.
I chose Northmed from several other dentists for the treatment. Several reasons, but the main ones were convenience, the price (of course), but most importantly, after the initial consultation by AJ, I had the feeling that the team knew their profession very well, and I was confident they would do a great job. I was not dissappointed.
Northmed is now my regular dentist, with top class work from Dima, who fitted a crown.

Exceptional, top notch service – I’ve absolutely no hesitation in recommending the team at Accent Dentistry.
I found Accent via Google and booked a free initial 15 minute cosmetic consult with Matt in relation to a recent tooth repair my usual dentist did a fairly poor job on. Matt took the time to explain my options, the indicative cost, and even did a quick interim adjustment to tide me over.
More than happy to proceed, a week later the permanent fix was completed and I could not be happier with the result.
Matt is a real craftsman with a great eye for detail and was ably assisted by the super-organised Jen. Check them out!

Dr. Matt and his team are awesome- I showed up with uncomfortable veneers, and he was super nice and professional, really taking my tricky situation seriously. He made a careful adjustment that’s helped heaps already, and I’m stoked to keep working with him for more improvements. His friendly staff made me feel at home too. Where has this wonderful Alpers Team & the amazing Andersons been all our lives! A huuuuuge relief!
It took our middle daughter to experience building her own facial biceps (literally) before realising or even hearing about “TMJ” Temporomandibular joint. The intense muscle pain she was feeling was starting to give her major head and ear aches. (Tensing, teeth grinding) Thankfully after finding them online last night I submitted an enquiry, this resulted in a one stop-shop appointment today. Everything from Xrays, photos, Treatment & conversation about a plan moving forward, were all completed today.
We will now enrol the rest of the Tribe, there is definitely something special and calming about this whole place.
From when you enter the carpark, reception and into the Treatment rooms, its a warm, welcoming and happy place for all ages!
Meeting Jacqui & Nic was a huge relief, their down to earth kindness, genuine love for community & people was certainly felt. A truly amazing couple.

Dr. Sangeetha has been a wonderful dentist- she really listens to the issue and the history-takes the time to understand my concerns and explains me the issue patiently, able to clear all my doubts.

I had a 9-unit bridge with infected teeth underneath, and Dr. Andre Xavier handled the complex procedure with amazing skill. He had to carefully drill through the bridge before extracting the teeth—all done smoothly and painlessly. His calm and professional manner put me at ease the whole time. Dr Lakshay is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to, hands down!
His dental work is exceptional every time I visit.
He is super gentle and has the ability to diminish any anxiety you may have.
The rest of the team at the Sunnynook Dentists are also super friendly and welcoming too.
There are plenty of payment options if required.
Parking is great.

I visited Sunnynook Dentist today for all 4 wisdom teeth extraction – firstly, everywhere else was quoting me $2-3.1k and I managed to get all 4 out for a lot cheaper than that (AND THEY HAD AFTERPAY!!!) Secondly, Dr Akshay was so efficient, I did not feel a thing aside from a bit of pressure with my bottom 2 – he injected the anaesthesia so effortlessly with no prick or pain for me and extracted the top two within minutes. I was surprised they were out when he said they were. Lastly, everyone working there was so friendly but also thorough in explaining the aftercare. I am so happy with my experience here that I will be using this dental clinic for everything dental related in the future. Thank you so much!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed in one go. Was surprised I didn’t need to be put to sleep as that is the feedback I had got from other dentists, but incredibly I didn’t feel a thing. Recovery was smooth and service was outstanding from Dr. Lakshay and the team. Price was also reasonable compared to multiple quotes I had before. Highly recommend.

Grafton dental is amazing! Trust the reviews when they say they had an amazing experience because they are superb here.
They’re clear and explicit about the costs of care, and they are clear about potential extra costs you might incur if your case becomes complicated. This is great for individuals who are worried about surprise costs of treatment. In general, I got the sense they’re operating an honest dental practice.
Matthew was incredible and I highly recommend him. He puts patient comfort first and is extremely clear about costs and treatment options. The receptionist, Storm I believe, is also incredibly welcoming.

If you want professionalism and dental physicians who actually care then this is the right practice for you. I’ve been to a few dentist and have never had 5 star treatment like this. I was treated with respect and care. The hygienist did a fabulous job, and was throughly methodical. The consultant was amazing, picking up on medical issues and helping provide me with a care plan going forward.
The results have boosted my self esteem immensely.
The price was a lot more affordable than I had initially thought previous to my appointment. Very affordable and quality care. V and his team are by far hands down amazing.

I’ve been coming to this dental clinic for I think 30 years- I believe our family was one of their first. I’ve lived abroad a lot but always wait till I come back home to NZ to do my dental work here as I can trust I’m in the safest of hands and care. They are so thorough and the clinic feels worlds apart from others I’ve seen and heard of. Plus they keep all my records (for the past 30 years) so know exactly the ins and outs of my dental history.
I love how awesome all the staff here are. From being greeted at reception by Thelma and having a good catch up to having my hygienist appointment that is caring, honest, helpful and of high quality. The dental work is awesome and they ensure I have the best treatment. Over my time here my teeth and I have been looked after by Loy and his team of dentists all of whom I value and trust.
To be honest I don’t love coming to the dental clinic out of weird childhood fear but I always leave here with a huge, healthy smile! Thanks Team!

Dr Loyola is our absolute hero! My daughter fell and broke her front tooth in half the night before her best friend’s 21st. Caring 4 Smiles was able to fit us in (on a Saturday!) and somehow Dr Loyola miraculously reconstructed her tooth, using the broken pieces which she had kept. Within 45mins you couldn’t tell anything had ever happened, it was incredible. She was able to get to the 21st and a month later the tooth still looks good as new! Super grateful to Dr Loyola who is genuinely so caring – as well as being a genius. Highly recommended and will be sending everyone here from now on!
