I have had the most lovely experience for my first time seeing a gynaecologist and getting an ultrasound. I felt so comfortable and safe. The most friendly service, I have felt so heard looked after and the communication has been amazing. Things have moved so smoothly.

Omnicare is a lovely clinic in remuera. I met with Dr Angela Cross. The staff were lovely, she is very friendly but I didn't feel that she really looked into my problem. She took my results from few years ago and suggested 3 options. I get migraines close to my heavy periods and she suggested a pill that contain both progesterone and estrogen. I went for a 2nd opinion and was told I should not take it if I get migraines. Wasn't quite satisfied that no scan was done even though I complained about pain/cramps. Would look for a different gynaecologist in future who is more thorough.

I regret to say that my recent experience with customer service was unsatisfactory. The staff exhibited a rude and arrogant demeanor, and despite the occurrence of an error, no apology was offered. This level of service is truly unacceptable.

Dr Melinda Hii is an excellent surgeon and Gynae Specialist. Extremely knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate. I've had the best experience in her care these last couple years and I'm so grateful for her effective treatment and support! I cannot recommend Dr Melinda Hii enough.

I would like to thank Dr Angela Cross, Maggy and the other wonderful staff at Omnicare.
Today I had an appointment with Angela Cross. She was such a lovely caring woman who made me feel very at ease. I left feeling very informed and reasured. A great feeling!
When making the appointment Maggy was so understanding and helpful. Getting back to me and helping me with my appointment.
I would not hesitate to recommend this business. A pleasure to work with.

I took my daughter for her first appointment with a gynecologist at Omni Care - Dr Chern Lo. It was the most wonderful informative experience, where my daughter felt listened to. Dr Lo gave empathetic and professional care that she came away from feeling deep understanding and reassurance. My daughter has now had a positive affirming engagement with a specialist she can carry with her into adulthood. GP care is amazing but specialist care is on the next level. I am so thankful and relieved. I can't recommend this practice and Dr Chern Lo enough!

The service and care at Omnicare has been amazing! After a long road with putting up with my issues I decided to finally see a professional and met with Lisa Meyer. She was so friendly and helpful, happy to explain the human body and my issues in depth. After my surgery I was put under the care of Sally Pritchard for physiotherapy, and again I had a great experience with her. My journey with Omnicare lasted for approx 5 months I think, and I was always excited to go knowing I was getting a step closer to recovery each time. Southern Cross were also amazing and I felt a huge level of respect from them concerning my body.
