Amazing experience esp for my 7 year . Everyone that tended to her had been so nice and reassuring through and through. From arriving receptionist was very welcoming and meeting the nurses surgeon and anaesthetist also made her feel more comfortable. Very informative and reassuring. Left there with a very brave 7 year old who is currently on her healing journey. So thankful to the team for creating a safe space .

Fantastic fantastic and fantastic!!! All the nurses, doctors, staff are all very very friendly and care so much, thanks a lot! Meal were good too, I did a mistake, the breakfast menu can multiple choice but I thought was need to choose every session, when breakfast came, big shocked, can feed for 3+ persons, sorry for the waste

It's been a week since my septorhinoplasty at Southern Cross Gillies Ave, and I wanted to share my experience because I was truly impressed—especially after dreading the procedure. From start to finish, the level of care I received was exceptional. Every staff member, from reception to intake to aftercare, was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel at ease. A special shout-out to Chisato and Aoise, who were outstandingly thoughtful nurses. I also really appreciated the hospital’s follow-up call the next day, which was helpful (especially since my surgeon didn’t check in at all?!). The facility itself was modern and spotless and actually had a calm welcoming vibe —nothing like I envisioned. This experience completely changed my perception of Southern Cross hospitals. Thank you to the entire team for making what I expected to be stressful into such a positive experience!

I had a nose surgery here yesterday morning and it went really well and the anthetist gave me the right amount of anesthesia to put me to sleep and the room I stayed in was really good with its own bathroom and the food was really good and I was treated really well by the nurses and staff

Awesome hospital with great staff. Felt more like a hotel stay, salmon for dinner and poached eggs for breakfast. But the best part was the kind and supportive hospital staff - kudos to the team!
