Cannot recommend highly enough. Sayed was so thorough explaining every details and staff was so helpful choosing frames. Not pushy and genuinely looking out for my best interests. Great value too. Have previously been with another company and the different was immense.

Got an eye test and some new glasses. Test was very thorough and came with a detailed explanation, which I like. Told me what my options were along with pros and cons which made my decision simple. They even fixed my old glasses for free so I can use them until my new ones arrive. Top service all around and really friendly staff, plus very reasonable prices and no upsell pressure. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Great service. One the arms of my glasses came off, screw was lost, the nice lady there fixed for me on the spot with no charge.

My experience at Oscar Wylee Optometrist was very positive. I had a thorough eye test. The Optometrist was kind, listening well and gave me good advice. I didn't have a feeling they were after money but rather wanted to give me the best service and helpful advice possible. I am happy to recommend them fully.

I can’t recommend Sayed at Oscar Wylee Albany highly enough! He was absolutely fantastic with my son—so patient, kind, and thorough throughout the entire eye test. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my son felt comfortable and at ease. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, and it was evident that he truly cares about his patients.

I had a fantastic experience getting my eye test done at Oscar Wylee Westfield Albany - Auckland - New Zealand. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Thank you Sayed Shuaib, the optometrist, who was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, including my eye health and prescription. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly quick. I also appreciated the wide range of stylish frames available in-store.
