I had a great experience at Specsavers Albany Westfield. The whole team was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Amy, the optometrist, was very thorough and explained everything clearly during the eye test. Kesara, the dispenser, helped me choose the right frames and lenses with patience and great advice. Stacy, who assisted with the filtering process, was also friendly and helpful. The service was smooth, and I felt well looked after. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service!

Great service and friendly staff. Both hearing and vision tests were completed efficiently. Rasha was extremely helpful when I was choosing new glass frames. When I collected my new glasses, Rasha also checked that they were a good fit, and that there were no issues in me reading with the new prescription. Fantastic deal on the price of 2 new frames!

Really great team, fast and efficient service! TJ was the Optometrist who did my eye exam and was very knowledgeable, made sure to take the time to get the best prescription for my needs. Walked in no appointment got seen amd helped straight away. New eye test and glasses on order couldn't be happier. All 3 staff members i dealt with were perfect from my predator check to my eye test ro the wonderful Gini that helped me select my new frames. 10 / 10 service.

I have been a long standing Specsavers customer. John Osborne (Director) Is greatly missed in that store. All the staff were very helpful, but I felt many of them were very guarded by the unfriendly new Scott Rynne (Director) he needs to improve on his people skills and smile at potential customers. His mannerism needs working on!!
