I expected better professionalism and customer care, so I wouldn’t return.

Honestly – having the verruca to end all verrucas, and having had YEARS of unsuccessful treatment elsewhere (freezing, slicing, gouging, melting, burning, and any other painful things you care to think about), I was pretty desperate but also pretty skeptical. Did I just have an impossible verruca? Would this thing ever die? Ashley assured me it’d be gone in no time, and she also promised me heat, pain, and a stress ball or two to squeeze. Amazingly, it’s gone. Completely. Never coming back. I’m so impressed at the microwave pain device, but most importantly with the team in Milford. Stacey on the front desk is brilliant, super helpful, and welcoming. She has good chat, and has good taste in muffins. Ashley is the main event. Hilarious, skillful, knowledgeable, *slightly* happy to inflict short term pain for long term gain, and effortlessly cool. Never thought I’d leave a review for a podiatrist!!! Epic.

She gave tips and ideas on how to care for my feet between appointments and scheduled a follow up maintenance appointment as well. Michelle was abrupt and arrogant. She said that it’s excellent that I’m cancelling. Didn’t seem to be bothered by the issue at hand, no apology or an attempt to clarify or save the situation.

Oh my gosh. I learned so much about my “funny” foot. Paula was very friendly and was so great at explaining what had gone wrong with it. I didn’t realize how previous injuries had affected my foot and the way i walk. All my questions were answered with patience and without condescension. I was fortunate that Paula had a student with us because she was explaining with her also and I could eavesdrop. Paula explained the steps she will take to correct the foot and gave me exercises to build up muscle. I also appreciate that she is going to make a prosthetic herself before going to get a more expensive permanent one. This will be a gradual process which I’m confident will not have a sudden impact on the alignment of my leg and back. Paula recommended I buy a specific shoe which will assist the process. I feel like I’m in really knowledgeable, confident hands. Paula was recommended to me by my physio who is currently working with me to strengthen my shoulders. The person who sold me the shoe said he felt Paula was “one of the best!” Two professional recommendations from professionals- She’ll do me!

Wow! Sarah really goes above and beyond with her professional advice, care and treatment. She’s an amazing Podiatrist, and a truely lovely woman, both inside and out. I made an appointment for my son who had some issues with his feet which really needed some professional treatment. I went to the appointment with him, and I’m so glad I did. Sarah was amazing, she offered him friendly helpful advice and made sure he was comfortable throughout each proceedure. Mia Clarke has quite literally given me back my life.
After having a verucca under my foot for over 4 years, she was the only professional who went out of her way to find options for not only treatment but pain relief & assistance to get back to normal everyday activities.
She even went above and beyond to make sure this didn’t flair up again by providing steps to keep inflammation down and shoe inserts to make sure it doesn’t come back.
The best part was it all worked! I used to dread 10 minute walks to the shops or even walking in the mall etc, now I’m running and jumping and I go days without even thinking about my foot.
