William is very professional and friendly. He provided the inspection report on the same day after completing the inspection. I contacted William for a pre-purchase inspection. I had been in touch with 2x other companies before Honeycomb and neither had gotten back to me. William responded immediately, querying when the inspection was required and confirming he would contact REA directly to arrange the inspection, and I wouldn't need to be there. I received my very comprehensive, detailed report on the same day he did the inspection. The report was so thorough and detailed right down to recommendations for decorating. As someone who has spent 20 odd years reading building reports as part of my job, I must say this is one of the most detailed, yet uncomplicated reports I have ever read. Although I have pulled out of my purchase, thank you William for your professionalism, expertise, clear and prompt communication, it has definitely made a stressful time that much easier, and I will certainly be re-engaging your services when I do find another place I am interested in.

Great service to industry. William was not able to do the specific inspection I required but put me in touch with the correct people for the job. After countless phone calls to other inspectors, he was the only one that went out of his way to help me out.

I was not expecting an inspection this thorough and cared for! When the level of a pre purchase inspection gets down to the steel used for the fence screws, the distance from the bottom of the fence pailings to the ground or things like how well the silicone work has been done and if there is any risk of moisture build up you know you have found one of the gem inspectors He literally inspected the next morning after I contacted him and arranged with the realestate agent directly on the time The realestate agent even text me advising "The inspector is still here and now inside the ceiling!" This was 2 hours after the inspection began which I had a good chuckle at. I gather with the level of detail and scrutiny on any housing faults from Williams inspections he may not be very popular amongst realestate agents (Ha-ha) Was great to deal with and also very contactable for questions even after the inspection was done and we received a massive 80 Page report with about 120 photos ! Thanks for everything William, You showed us there is some people out there that still genuinely care about quality and service in the property industry

Top level service! Inspection was carried out within a couple of days of booking and the report received same day. The report is very in depth and informative and easy to understand. Definitely recommend!
