Amazing services! I have been going to LAN for around 2 years now for frequent haircuts, with the lovely Mitsuko. The team are always so friendly and very careful and gentle with your hair. Mitsuko takes time to understand what I want to achieve with my hair, and is always so attentive. Oh, and on the one-off time that I wasn't particularly satisfied with the haircut (also partly because of miscommunication on my end) they immediately helped me fix my hair. Thank you LAN, it's always such a treat every single time I visit their salon.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience today. I had ultrasonic hair treatment and quick haircut (trim) with Yuka, she was really friendly, thorough and skilled. The rest of the staff were really friendly too. Can’t wait to come back for my next treatment
