I was reluctant before but ended going for laser treatment. And i am so glad i did. Thanks to Jacinta, she actually took the time to explain laser treatments to me in detail which no one did before. She helped me enormously with her professionalism and went above and beyond to help me to understand how to make the most of the laser treatments. Thank you so much for your kindness. I consistently have a positive experience now then before the staff members are professional and courteous. I particularly appreciate Jacinta as she being a owner is very humble and lovely.

First time user for Laser Clinic St Luke’s and I was so impressed! Wonderful experience - the girls at St Luke’s made me feel very welcome and helped to answer all my questions, the place was beautiful and well maintained. Consultation went smoothly and had everything explained to me perfectly then my appointment was a breeze and I felt so comfortable right through out. 10/10 service that I highly recommend to everyone wanting to take their own laser hair removal journeys. Visited Laser Clinic after a recommendation. Fabulous place and Jess the aesthetician was amazing. Very professional and took her time to explain everything in detail. Making sure I was comfortable throughout. The clinic was extremely clean and I will definitely return.

I recently had a clear and bright peel and laser at st Luke’s laser clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff there are the most warm and welcoming people who make you feel so comfortable from the moment you arrive until the very end of your treatment. They’re extremely professional and pleasant. The laser itself was smooth and fairly quickly, I did the Hollywood Brazilian and underarms which took about 5 mins, pain is very tolerable and staff make you feel very comfortable during the whole process. My other treatment I got was the clear and bright peel, she took the time to address all my concerns and aftercare instructions while doing the peel, it was very nice and I felt really refreshed and hydrated afterwards. I highly recommend services here

I have been a customer of this clinic for years and the service was amazing with friendly staff and services. HOWERVER, today I encountered the worst staff in all this years. She was rude and disrespectful.When I asked her name she told me Charlene (which I’m not even sure if it’s true but she has ginger hair and eyelashes). To be honest, if you are having a bad day just don’t go to work or at least learn customer service skills. Always recommend this clinic to friends and relatives but don’t feel like it anymore. Felt ashamed and insulted by this person who was disrespectful even in front of other patients that where sitting in the reception. Hope the manager in the future hires better staff for the other clients. I’ll never return to this place again and I’ll not recommend it either.

This is the first ever treatment on my face ever. I was confused and not sure which one should i take but staff made it easy for me to understand and i took chemical peel treatment. Most of my treatment has been done by khyati and she is just outstanding. Great skill, very friendly and hard working. I am sure she is gem in crown.

It was w. much trepidation that I decided to approach Laser Clinics St Luke’s & I am so grateful that I did. I was paired w. the lovely Jess, she answered all of my questions & made me feel so @ ease that I had my 1st procedure done in the same appointment. I look forward to seeing her in a week & half’s time for my follow up.
