We booked a move-out clean with Life Maid Easy and honestly, the team was phenomenal. Everything looked spotless, better than when we first moved in! The ladies were so thorough, even the oven trays looked brand new. The admin team was also great. really caring and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Super impressed with the detail and care they all put in. Would definitely recommend.

Initial inspection we were happy with the clean - however on closer inspection we started to notice certain things stood out . We were unaware that their was a time limit. We thought we had bought the whole package with add ons like internal windows. Not mentioned on original email however when queried it was conveniently added to original email when sent again. When queried they said in hindsight should have let us know. Clean on top of cabinetry was ticked off although photo shows it clearly wasn’t. Pleasant responses to our emails but the fact remains we now had to clean everything that was missed. Or pay more for life made easy to do it. I apologise that the rental people asked the cleaners to wait outside whilst they showed tenants around. I was unaware this would happen. For a bill of over $800 I was expecting more

I didn't actually use them for cleaning, but I obtained a quote online for example costs to help settle a tenancy tribunal matter. Received a call after an email response came through with indicative costs. I thought the extra effort to follow up with a call showed good customer service and attentiveness.
